

Hamburger Mince (American Recipe)
Ingredients
8oz Pasta cooked
1lb Lean mince
1 Large onion
1/4lb of mushrooms
1 Tin of campbells tomato soup
1 Tablespoon of tomato puree
1 Tin of water
1/2lb of strong cheddar
Fry the mince, add onion and mushrooms and cook until onion is cooked
Add remaining ingredients except for the cheese and stir together well
Place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle over the cheese, cover and cook on a medium temperature for
15 minutes and then uncovered for a further 25 minutes until crispy and golden
Serve with a crisp green salad and crusty bread
