

BBQ Sauce (Australian)
Makes approx 1 pint
Ingredients
2 Onions
2 Cloves garlic crushes
2 Tablespoons oil
1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
1/4 Cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons grainy mustard
1 Tablespoon worcester sauce
400g tin tomatoes
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
Saute the onions and garlic in oil until tender
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to the boil
Reduce heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes
Cool the put in blender until smooth. Serve hot or cold
